I am currently employed by the State of Colorado at Adams State University.
I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I often post articles discussing or referencing my religious beliefs. Those beliefs mine and are the not necessarily those of the Church itself.
I consider myself Conservative with Libertarian leanings and this blog is written from that perspective. I am a registered Republican and am active in the local party. I often write about politicians and candidates but I am not paid to do so by any politician or campaign.
From 12 February 2011 until 6 May 2011, I was elected chairman of the Alamosa County Republican Party.
Until 8 March 2010, I was an Amazon.com affiliate. I used the program to recommend books and other materials to my readers. Amazon.com ended our agreement when Colorado passed a law requiring Amazon to collect sales tax.
I use Google AdSense for Content to display Ads from Google on the site. Google also owns Blogger which hosts this site.
